Utah Lake

"Utah Lake Restoration Project," would kill all the fish in the lake, dredge most of the lake and use the sludge and sediment to create a huge private island-city complex in our public lake to house up to twice the population of Salt Lake City. According to scientists at BYU, UVU, USU and around the country, that would likely cause severe and irreparable harm to the lake.

Utah Lake definitely needs our help and loving care. We should stop polluting it. Environmentally sound projects are currently underway and should be expanded. What is NOT needed is a private development project by a limited liability Delaware corporation claiming to "restore" Utah Lake but which would actually cause considerable harm.
